IT Support Analyst

• Provide First Line IT support using Service Now, resolving tickets onsite as soon as they are raised.
• Updating Knowledge base articles on various BAU Activities such as Printers, Laptops and Azure Activities
• Ensuring that Assets are correctly assigned to users by using Service Now to manage them.
• Providing On-site support at the tech bar to users to resolve first line issues e.g. building and replacing devices if faulty, providing cables or sorting out phone issues.
